Write to us and tell us what happened. It helps to include your iOS version and, if you can, the kind of file you were translating. Please do not attach private documents.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your device open Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions, choose Twinpage and tap Cancel. You can also open Settings in the app and choose Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.

Restore purchases

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. A new device or a reinstall is the usual reason to do this.

Refunds

Apple decides refund requests. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the purchase and choose Request a refund.

Delete your data

Twinpage has no account, so your documents and history exist only on your device. In Settings choose Delete translation history to remove past translations, or delete the app to remove everything it stores. Usage statistics are anonymous and are not tied to your name. You can switch them off with Share anonymous usage statistics in Settings. For anything else write to support@twinpage.pro.

A language does not download

Check that you are online and that the device has free space, then try again. If you are on cellular data, try Wi-Fi. A language needs to be downloaded only once. If the app says a pair of languages is not available on this device, that pair is not supported by your device or its iOS version.

The document asks for a password

Twinpage cannot open a protected file. Remove the password in the app that created the file, save a copy and choose that copy.

A scan is not read well

Photograph the page flat, in even light, with the whole sheet in the frame and without shadows or glare. Hold the device steady and retake the photo if the text looks blurred. For a scanned page, the as-original mode in Pro places the translation over the page.

The layout looks different

Translated text has a different length, so lines can wrap differently or the type can shrink a little to fit. Open the side-by-side view to compare it with the original. If something looks wrong, email us the details.
